Five women aged between 18 and 40 from 15 European countries will travel to Pescara, Italy, for a week of high-level professional training on golf and sports management strategies.

After attending the full immersion course, the 75 women will be assessed to obtain the ‘Beach Golf & WeGolf Instructor’ licence and their management skills.

Once trained as ‘BGSA trainers’, the 75 women will return to their home countries, ready to spread the project throughout Europe.

In each of the 15 countries, the new BGSA instructors will teach in their home cities. They will disseminate the project, teach golf and introduce the management skills they have learnt.

PHASE 2

LWG European Contest

BGSA's 75 European female instructors will select 10 women each from their own country, so 5 + 10 women from each country (225 women) will return to Italy for the final European ‘Lady Woods Golf European Contest’ event in May 2025.

Dissemination and dissemination

All 225 participants in the event will return to their home countries at the end of the competition, spreading the method of the discipline at European level by organising events and recreational activities in their own countries, in city parks, in squares.
